GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip - Hamas militants fired a barrage of rockets and mortar shells toward Israel on Tuesday and said they considered a five-month truce with Israel to have come to an end. Tuesdays rocket attack, which came on Israels 59th Independence Day, did not cause any damage or injury. However, it marked the first time Hamas openly acknowledged firing shells toward Israel since agreeing to a cease-fire along the Gaza-Israel border in November.

It’s what the Muslims do, when they are losing call for a truce, after they resupply, break the truce. The sooner the western world faces up to the facts and really starts fighting the sooner we will win this war.
It’s a classic muzzie tactic history should have taught them long ago. It’s called a “Hudna” and I can’t believe the west and especially Israel falls for it everytime.
Instead of using fighters and helicopters why the hell don’t the israelis count up each rocket and mortar shell and fire the same number back over the border every time this happens? Cheaper; no risk of losing aircraft and posssibly aircrew and provides a nice, pretty symetrical response for the rest of the world to see.
Bump;bump;bump
and who is really surprised by this?

Does that mean Israel can bomb the snot out of them now? I mean the truce is over, lets settle it.
Hamas = Death Wish. Amen.
Ah, the nice little "value of life" equation - brought to you by the Palestinians themselves.
Yes, after all, the world was demanding “proportionality” last year!
I didn’t know there was a truce.
