No worries, the Bush Administration will campaign for Hagel for the same reason they campaigned for Arlen Spector.
They are incredibly stupid politically these days.

How could this poll possibly be correct?
Kucinich/Hagel in ‘08.

Here's his web site. Not much there yet but sounds good so far...

Excellent news. It’s time RINOs in red states like Hagel and Lindsey Graham lost their jobs.

Can Democrats cross over in the Nebraska Primary?

Of course, the poll you pay for will generally tend to show you’re doing well. ;-)

OK let’s adjust it 5 points for polling bias, and we’ve got a tie with 20% undecided.

This is a good sign. If other polls verify this, than Omaha Mayor Mike Fahey (believed to be a moderate/conservative Democrat like Ben Nelson) may very well step in, hoping to win over the RINO vote.

Hagel is just another Harry Reid lite. He’s been invested in an American defeat in Iraq even before Saddam’s statue was toppled. He’s a RINO and has made it his personal agenda to oppose everything Bush says or does. I don’t know whether he’s a victim of permanent shell shock from Viet Nam or is just plain stupid. I’ve yet to hear him suggest anything positive or constructive on any major issue.

Great news; but Senator Betrayus hasn’t spent any of his big $$ yet. Still, it’d be nice to see Chuck get retired by the voters.

Hopefully that wasn’t just a paid polling of his own kin...

Lindsey Graham is much further to the right than Hagel will ever be. While Hagel is out demanding we surrender in Iraq, Graham is in the Senate leading support for the troop surge to win the war.
It's very difficult to topple a sitting incumbent U.S. Senator in a GOP primary (it's only happened twice since 1980). The Washington establishment protects its own. Every dollar sent to defeat Graham is one dollar less that could be going to defeat Hagel.
Your choice on which race is the biggest priority. Choose wisely.
