A five-member appellate court yesterday officially disbarred an attorney convicted of providing material support to terrorists.
Lynne Stewart broke the law when she passed along messages from a client, the convicted terrorist Sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman, to his followers.

Disbarrment? That’s barely anthing, considering what she did. The judge was an activist, and when he gave her virtually nothing, she was unashamedly elated.
