Cooking doesn’t “kill” chemicals.

Also if people knew what lived in their beds, they’d never sleep again either. If you own a microscope, please resist the temptation to call me on this. I’m warning you. What you don’t know can’t hurt you.

Can we summarize this as, “We’re all gonna DIE!” and get back to having the longest lifespans in recorded history?

Its the way the corporations designed the food inspections. Lobbyists give money, politicians fix laws. You eat processed poison.
Or...grow a vegetable garden. I do, and the food is always safe and better than anything shipped from unknown far away places.
Meat is local too.
But, I haven’t figured out chocolate yet. I’d pretty much give up national secrets for premium chocolate. Its why I would never run for president.

Maybe it’s symantics or even semantics, definitely not semitics, but I thought we had too many food police.

What I'm really worried about is a mutant virus implanted into Louisiana rice crops that will mutate once I eat it and some ugly alien explodes out of my chest.

Hey, that would make a great movie one day.

Thats why you should microwave your mattresses before you sleep on them.

The wheat gluten from China that is believed to have killed and sickened pets just as easily could have found its way onto America's dinner table.

Not only could it, it has.

What’s amazing to me is how much food we import into this country now.It was only a few years ago the United States was considered the bread basket of the world and now we’re apparently importing large segments of our food supply. And to add insult to injury we’re subsidizing agri-business NOT to produce too much !!!

Cooking doesn’t “kill” chemicals.

No, but it does transform a lot of them into other chemicals. Some good...some bad...and some inert.

If you find ants in your garden do you use pesticide or do you know of another way to get rid of them? I want to know, since I have some lawn ants to get rid of before I replant.
