(CNN) -- Pulling U.S. forces from Iraq could trigger catastrophe, CNN analysts and other observers warn, affecting not just Iraq but its neighbors in the Middle East, with far-reaching global implications.
Sectarian violence could erupt on a scale never seen before in Iraq if coalition troops leave before Iraq's security forces are ready. Supporters of al Qaeda could develop an international hub of terror from which to threaten the West. And the likely civil war could draw countries like Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Iran into a broader conflict.

Dems don’t care. They’ll simply blame everything on GW. Actually it’s a win/win for them. High gas prices, terrorism rampant, Middle East under Iran’s sway. The republicans would be driven from office for the next fifty years, which is the point of this entire campaign.

So, CNN, you shoulda told the Congress before they started writing their bills.

Maybe we could get those stoner liberals to understand the situation if we spoke in their language.

No, CNN (as well as the rest of the Drive Byes) will ignore observations like these and continue to bash Bush and the GOP until they get complete control in 2008.

Forgive them for they are ‘slow’. After all they are ‘liberals’, so thinking ahead is a real challenge.

There are few things that p*ss off Americans than high gas/energy prices. If the Middle East 'gas station' goes up in flames under Hillary, she'll suffer the same fate as Jimmah (one very unsuccessful term & a label as 'worst president ever').

This is what Bush needs to do. He needs to have a national speech where he lays out the catastrophe that would follow if the Democrats passed their bill. He alluded to it, but he needs to take 10 minutes and go through, step by step, all the different problems it would cause.
The American people are signing on to this “withdrawl” talk because nobody is telling them it will make things worse.

And on the other hand, CNN continues to work to undermine the war effort and strives for our defeat. Go figure.

Donk’s threw the moonbats a bone with their war funding bill, which had to be a hard pill to swallow, cuz they knew it would never stand anyway. Moonbats have turned ugly about the replacement bill being discussed, while lo & behold, CNN comes out with an article that looks like an attempt to reshape public opinion.
To: CharlesWayneCT
Bush no longer has the credibility to do anything like that. Just about every prediction that has come out of his administration has pretty much been debunked by circumstances, if not completely fabricated.

"Moonbats have turned ugly about the replacement bill being discussed, while lo & behold, CNN comes out with an article that looks like an attempt to reshape public opinion." I hadn't thought of that. Excellent observation. The MSM needs to calm the moonbats down. I knew the MSM, especially CNN, wasn't doing for Bush, Country, or for honest reporting.

I say we stuff it down Biden’s throat. Someday I would like to hear one of these phony democrats talk like this about Al Queda. America needs to rid itself of the lying lowlifes who sit in Washington DC and think of new ways to screw us. It’s time for real Americans to take their country back from the elitist scum who occupy it today.
