It’s a common third world practice to adultrate foods. Watering down milk, corn syrup in honey, etc., etc., etc. One of the big reasons we are different is through a century of inspections and safe food legislation, not to mention certain non-PC cultural standards holding integrity and honesty in high regard.

The mildly toxic chemical melamine is commonly added to animal feed in China,...

WHY? For what purpose? If China commonly adds it to their pet food, why would we want to buy from them when we know it is toxic? I know the answers so no need to reply. I’m just very angry about this whole thing.
