Oh, you own the thread? Why don’t we let the Man decide.
“We are done when the last MAN bends down and allows them to put the bullet in his brain and take his property”
I agree.
Kaslin is right, the thread is NOT about immigration. You hijacked it. Might want to think about that one before running off like a school girl to tell Jim. And BTW, no president has handled immigration correctly and Reagan was far wrose than GW on the issue.
Because there is a paved road all the way to Detroit.
Bush got us further into the U.N. Once all this is in place, the elites will make big time bucks with the NGOs and tribunals running the world.
“Kaslin is right, the thread is NOT about immigration. You hijacked it”
Rudy is a gun grabbing, pro homo, liberal, pro abortion, POS! He is trying to move to the middle, over impossible odds. Ping Jim rob, any moderator. I am tired of the Rudy lies!
I posted the thread. No one else did. So get off of it
You are right. Both proved that comprehensive imigration doesn't work.
Get off my thread or I will report you
Utter rubbish. President Bush obtained the funds to build hundreds of miles of border fences, deployed more border patrol agents, utilized UAV drones for border patrolling, and packed radiation detection systems along our borders, on our agents, on satellites, and at sea.
People like you are hijacking thread after thread, posting nonsense likes drunks around a campfire. Trash talk. "Bush is bad" even though the stats and laws and actions show otherwise.
You reek of being a paid, professional disruptor.
I just spent 9 days along the U.S. - Mexico border, including 2 days around Playa de Tijuana and Tijuana itself. Unlike what you'd see 5 years ago, you don't see hordes of illegals running and swimming across the border. You *do* see U.S. border patrols, U.S. Coast Guard ship patrols, helicopter patrols, and a big steel fence that GWB built after 9/11.
Now granted, this increased border security probably isn't perfect, but it irritates me that people are claiming that we've "done nothing" or that our borders are still "wide open" and other such nonsense.
Yes, there are remote desert areas where environmental groups have successfully sued the Bush Administration in order to slow the construction of the steel fence. Yes, those remote areas *are* passable on foot (but you'd better bring a bunch of water and be prepared to hike for miles) for now. So clearly more needs to be done.
But we also have to give credit where it is due, and there has been substantial progress on border security in the last 3 years, contrary to the people who keep writing articles based on pre-9/11 information.
Once easy, Illegal Immigration Now Risky:President Bush Builds 12 ft Tall Steel Fence Along Mexican Border From The Pacific Into Arizona, Plus Around Major Populated Areas In Arizona and Texas
Illegals Deported By The Planeload Now
"The president cited a 66 percent increase in border-security funding since he took office, along with a 42 percent increase in interior-enforcement spending and a total of 6 million illegal aliens caught and returned home." http://www.washingtontimes.com/functions/print.php?StoryID=20060326-123457-5749r
DHS Announces CBP Border Patrol Agent Deployment Schedule
Washington, D.C. Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff announced today the fiscal year 2006 U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Border Patrol agent deployment schedule. In a significant increase in personnel, an additional 1,700 CBP Border Patrol agents will be assigned to the southwest border.

Man you got issues. You were GW bashing about immigration. You sure were not staying on topic about Rudy when Kaslin called you on it and when I said you hijacked the thread.
Report me....make sure the mods read the whole thread.
Reagan signed on to an “immigration fix” for two specific reasons. He was told there were only 1 million illegals in country and the new laws (if enforced) would end illegal immigration. That’s not a sellout by any stretch of the imagination, even if I did disagree with him.
Instead of 1 million being legalized upwards of 3.5 were initially and more followed. It was a huge mistake, but Reagan had no way of knowing how that bill would be bastardized over time, with the provisions to end illegal immigration never implemented,
These are the lessons some so-called conservatives are more than willing to ignore as they pony up to allow legalization of the promised 12 million that is actually 20 to 30.
Rudy is an American hero for his actions on 9/11 and the days that followed to call him a POS reflects poorly on you.

Correct. BUMP,
I am asking you for the last time to get off my thread
I’m skeered!
I like Rudy but Thompson will get my vote if he joins the race. If not I will either vote for Rudy (for his crime and terrorism fighting skills) or Romney. To me personally, there is no more important issue in the next election than the WOT. Whomever I feel will protect my family the best and fight the terrorist wherever they hide, will get my vote.
In some ways Bush is a great president, but there are other issues that will come back to savage him over time IMO. Immigration is perhaps the most prominent of those. It’s only natural to mention something that has frustrated many conservatives who would like nothing more than to back Bush on all issues.
See my tagline
yes indeed
