Someone drop this nut in the middle of the Wrangell-St. Elias wilderness with a daypack. See if he still thinks the world is overcrowded.

Soylent Green Alert - and the reputation for advocating the worst human death toll EVER! I'd ask what his preferred methods would be to reduce the population to his desired figure. At what point would he embark upon this death purge? As others have asked, would he be willing to volunteer, and I would ask him to FIRST volunteer his family members as well.
These people are "pie-in-the-sky" minds, it is "baby wants the moon" and don't bother me with the details. Unfortunately, like the Idiots from PETA, he makes good copy so he gets the publicity instead of being handled like the nut he is.

This is nothing new.
According to the Global Biodiversity Assessment:
...an agricultural world, in which most human beings are peasants, should be able to support 5 to 7 billion people...a reasonable estimate for an industrialized world society at the present North American material standard of living would be one billion. At the more frugal European standard of living, 2-3 billion would be possible.
The "deep ecologists" are more extreme.
Church of Euthanasia Their Four Pillars are:suicide, abortion, cannibalism, and sodomy. If you want to be a saint, kill yourself.
But for the real deal, there's the Voluntary Human Extinction Movement
The reality is that to fix the mess we've made of this planet will take a LOT of people. That's the way G-d wants it done, but you'll never hear that from the "environmentalists." Their plan to save the planet is to get rid of people, which would be absolutely disastrous given the current distribution of exotic weeds and pests.

I'd ask what his preferred methods would be to reduce the population to his desired figure. If history is any indication, disease is at the top of the list, followed by abortion and starvation (the communists' favorite). Consider the banning of DDT or the starvation of the Kulaks.

Let us start by eliminating eco-extremists.

He presided over the third report which came out last year. He is also considered to be a pirate by the Japanese government. The Japanese Navy might just blow the Sea Shepard out of the water.

Sea transportation should be by sail. The big clippers were the finest ships ever built and sufficient to our needs." The Sea Shepherd Conservation Society has purchased a bigger, faster and more powerful boat in its campaign to assert international law and stop Japanese commercial whaling. The 'ice class' vessel, 'Leviathan', is undergoing a refit in the Caribbean before it joins the 'Farley Mowat' in Melbourne ahead of the next Japanese whale hunting season in the Southern Ocean in December.
That's odd. Why didn't they buy a clipper sailing ship?

Why worry about whales where there are so many humans waiting to be saved?

These are the same people who are against war. I also agree that they should start the depopulating by putting their money where there mouth is but you and I both know they are talking about everyone but themselves.
