It’s symbolic of the WOT/Iraq - Bush/Repubs are fighting two enemies at once - the enemy + the home front.

The party is fighting RINOs and MSM lapdogs while fighting the dems. You can’t win against a strong opponent when you’re also fighting yourself.

Bush is fighting Al Qeada, while the dems are trying to tie his hands.
