A young person of Kirguistán, stays armed in the embassy of Russia, in Costa Rica, with 8 retained people.

Between the versions he says themselves that apparently the young person of 20 years was making a proceeding to return to his country of origin and was to him several times denied, reason why entered fury, removing his weapon and retaining to 5 men and 3 women, civil employees of the consulate, including the Russian ambassador.
