During one show, he responded to caller David Guthartz, a ferret-rights activist who was upset over city regulations making it illegal to keep ferrets as pets. Thank God Rudy stood up against the threat of unfettered ferret ownership in this country. Could you imagine the horror, the carnage, the HUMANITY, if a terrorist got on a crowded NYC elevator with a suitcase full of ferrets and released the little weasels to terrorize helpless Americans? There is a section of the US that don’t like ferrets as pets. They will bite, and have injured children because of that. So to protect us from ourselves, they work on having them outlawed as pets.

Personally, though, I am wondering if Rudy has a ferret phobia...

My daughter the ferret-lover just watched this with me. I was laughing when she wasn’t hitting me. We’ve got another vote for “anybody but Rudy” (unfortunately, she’s only 14 and not illegal or a democrat so she can’t vote).

Before even listening to this “rant”, I have a few things to say about ferrets and their owners. My son has owned two of them, one while he was away at college. My take is that there has to be something missing in a person to make them want to own a ferret. Anti-social, low self esteem, small circle of friends who think that Harry Potter is a real person, mensa catagory intelligence, messy, sloppy, love the smell of rotten things. There’s my rant, for what it’s worth. Maybe I’m too close to the problem. Hmmm.

Is this how you are going to campaign for Rudy, deflection?
What do you think about the fact that Rudy took to the airwaves to tell his constituents they were deranged because he did not agree with him?

All I’m saying is that I care about the WoT #1... far beyond this stupid questions about abortion or whatever else.

That may mean more to some.. but not me. I am BY FAR most concerned with Islamo-facism and the threat it poses.

If I have to elect a guy like rudy to prosecute the war like I beleive it should be prosecuted, I’m glad to do it, and GLAD TO FIGHT FOR IT.

Other conservatives seem to be perfectly willing to be selfish and demand their way or the democrat way (’so people will have to learn the lesson the hard way’), then so can I.

If I have to choose between social liberal that recognizes the WoT and Islamofacism for what it is, and a social liberal that caters to CAIR, I PROUDLY vote support the social liberal, and without any reservations... deal with it.
