You got it. The same thing happened in Canada a few months ago. A child was ordered by the court to have three parents. They were the two lesbians and the father.
Technically, I think this father was involved, and I don’t believe two women can be the parents. Therefore, Jacob should recieve the support money from the father, not her “ex-lover”. If she wants the money from the other woman, then she should not be asking for money from the father. Look at the messes liberals get us into!
There was indeed more to the story than the press reported. The donor had been a part of the kids’ lives since their birth. He had helped to support them and encouraged them to call him “Papa.” When the same-sex couple split up, the donor was granted shared legal and physical custody of the kids.
The really interesting case will be Ferguson v. McKiernan, pending in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, where a married woman promised a man she would never look to him for support if he would impregnate her. He did, her husband divorced her, and she sued the sperm donor for child support. The lower Pennsylvania court granted the request for child support.

Sad isn’t it?!!!
The whole thing is sick, poor kids.
No surprise here! The states and family court systems love to throw someone in the child support system.
States and family court systems PROFIT when someone is placed in this system. Why so many “non-custodial” parents? Why do many support orders seem so high?
States and family court systems PROFIT when a non-custodial parent is made. They profit through the federal Title IV-D federal incentives.
Learn how corrupt this system is and TAX PAYERS foot the bill.
