TAMPA – Police say officers shot a teen-ager Sunday who was trying to rob a man at gunpoint.
Ahmad Black, 16, of Apollo Beach, was shot four times and taken to Tampa General Hospital with non life threatening injuries, according to a police report.
Lt. Paul Lusczynski, a police spokesman, said Black was hit in the elbow, ankle and buttocks.

16-year-old Ahmad Black, covered his face in a mask, walked up to a man in a parking lot and pointed a gun at him.
The victim threw his wallet out on the ground, and laid down.
Officers Robert Partner and Gary Saunders, got out of their car, pointed their guns at Black and ordered him to the ground.
They say Black didn’t comply, and kept walking toward the victim, pointing his gun at them.
Fearing for the victim, the officers fired at Black, hitting him four times.
I agree, good job on the cops’ part, however how long do you think it’s gonna take for the lawsuit against them to be prepared? When I lived in Texas, in was an unspoken rule and advice given by the cops, that if you were a potential victim of some snot with a gun, you shoot to kill, thus eliminating not only the crminal lineage, but the potential litigation against you by the potential “survivor” and his/her family. Sad but true. I know I sound really negative, but the criminal justice system in our country is just that, justice for the criminal, because of liberal mo-fo judges!

I was holding my tongue about his name, but I don’t have to have even a partially active imagination to guess his background. Enter Al Sharpton with megaphones and loudspeakers screeching about civil rights.
Since he was shot in the ass, that means he had turned tail…just like Kerry who was in Vietnam (for those he didn’t know he was in Vietnam) although his was a shrapnel scratch.

Unfortunately for Mr. Black, he cannot sue in the State of Florida, because he was shot during the commission of a violent felony (armed robbery). He’s F-ed. Good.

HA! No, but the fact that he’s 16 and wearing a “balaclava” bandana covering his face would! I’m just surprised the little shit was alone, they almost always travel in packs, as they’re usually too cowardly to do this crap on their own, he must have been really hard up for his crack! He was probably getting it for his mother waiting for him at the crack den(in other words, home)...it is Mother’s Day after all...Damn! I’m in a really cynical mood tonight...

Thank God for the great state of Florida! Are you sure there are no libs that are gonna jump all over this and try to override the law of the state? I mean, they try to do it all the time everywhere else...my sister lives in Dunedin and I love it there b/c it’s nothing like the big bad ‘ol main city...it’s a great little oasis.
