I doubt you're going to get anything from Sebelius or the DNC, but the
original story says that she called Brownback's office and spilled the beans to someone there. Has anyone gotten any sort of confirmation from the Senator or his staff that she called and what she said? If she did wouldn't there be phone records of that and might not the Senator be more forthcoming than the governor or Dean? Maybe an FOI request in that direction might be in order?

I got in on this late today, but I gathered from Quinn that Brownback was back-pedaling on what he said through a “spokesman,” but he personally wouldn’t come out and say she didn’t say it.
