While most of us spent Mothers Day with our mothers and our children, the childless-by-choice old hags of Code Pink spent the day breaking the law in Washington, DC. (To be accurate, a couple of the old hags are mothers, but most are not.)
Their first stop of the day was on the National Mall, where military equipment was on display. Medea Benjamin was in town for the weekend. Here, she imagines American soldiers in her sights:
After that, the group of America haters "took control" of a tank, to hang their banners from:
Gael Murphy stood on the ground and tossed more banners up to them:
A couple of US Park Police officers climbed up on the tank and asked the Pinkos - pretty please - to get down off the tank:
While the US Park Police were apparently impotent to remove the leftist radicals, a civilian in the crowd took matters into his own hands, and he ripped one of their signs off the tank (see far right):
As the US Park Police officers continued to ask in their nice voices for the Pinkos to get down off the tank, the Pinkos ignored them and continued with their photo op:
Medea Benjamin knows how far she can push things, and she knows that today's police departments are led and controlled by PC wimps who won't allow the use of force; which is one reason why the US Capitol steps were spray painted with profanity and anti-America messages in January:
For several minutes the Marxists in Code Pink taunted the US Park Police officers, running back and forth on top of the tank, banners flying:
Thanks to their leadership, and all their "tolerance training," the US Park Police displayed their impotence to stop the lawbreaking:
The US Park Police were practically begging the women to get down off the tank, but this woman considered the request and then she turned around and went back up:
In Keystone Cops style, the US Park Police chased her, continuing their nice voiced requests that the Pinkos stop:
This went on for several minutes, until the Pinkos tired of their taunting and they removed themselves from the tank. The US Park Police did not arrest anyone in the group.
From there, the Pinkos then went to the White House and Lafayette Park, where they held some kind of Pinkos for Peace Picnic and Poster Party. Again, there were many more childless-by-choice adult women than there were mothers and children.
And again, they highlighted the lack of force in Washington, DC's law enforcement community.
While the hundred-or-so hags hung pink messages on the White House fence, the various law enforcement agencies stood by and did nothing:

And this is our law enforcement agencies' response. They don't (won't, can't ??) enforce the law; so instead they clean up the mess left by the lawbreakers:

They will not go away. The media will fawn over them and write puff pieces about them. And the law will not be used to stop them. They will only be stopped by the actions of patriots and concerned citizens who counter them and educate the public about their anti-America agenda.

They are trying to provoke. A measured, careful response is best. Any forceful response would be out of context and on youtube within minutes.
In DC, even most Dems despise these wackos.
Or perhaps, I should say more correctly that they lose patience and are “disappointed” and deeply surprised with the fact that they can not hold normal reasoned, political discussions with people they ASSUME are on THEIR same side in the struggle to end the war. Dem staffers always thought and were told, that the crazies were all on the Right, NOT the Left.
It seems the pussification of America is never going to end. Manliness, strength, sense of right and wrong and will to act are gone. All in one short generation. Who ever would have thought this could happen?
They should have just shoved their asses off of the tank!
“An Eagle was there at the White House to counter the Pinkos”. I alerted him earlier to your pictures. Too bad the two of you didn’t find each other—just think what digestive problems the CP’s would have had then! He acquitted himself very well, and very bravely, in the face of their provocation.

That’s what I kept saying as I watched their You Tube video.
I was not there on Sunday. I was out of town, on “family business.” I screen cap’d the images from the video on You Tube. Rongkirby stood against them alone, God Bless him!
But of course, the law only applies to those of us who obey it. Code Pinko and the other commies do what they want, knowing that their are no teeth or claws to the law in DC.
