CUT OFF THE FUNDS. Where have I heard that before. Oh, yes, back in the 1970s. The Marxists Dimocrats cut off the funds once before. Their beloved communists pals in Hanoi won the war. 58,000 Americans died for nothing. History will repeat itself and they will have wasted all who have given their all up to this point.
