Don’t forget to hang for treason all that voted for McCain Feingold for abridging the first amendment...heck anyone that votes for any education bill, clearly not an enumerated power.

How can they 'defend the Constitution' when most of them appear to have never read it and have no idea what it says.
Nancy Pelosi, for example, seems a little unclear on that 'separation-of-powers' concept, among other things. Let us not get started on the Clintons...

Any Senator voting YES on this monstrosity should either resign or be removed from office.

That is brilliant. From your lips to Gods ears.

Great idea, but who is going to enforce it? There was a line in the Declaration of Independence, referring to throwing out the government when it NO longer upholds the wants & or needs of the Country. I can only guess that it may be coming to that time.. GOD help us if & when it does!

Solid idea.
Either that or stone them in public squares.

I like your thought here.

As far as I’m concerned, this is a DIRECT result of those conservatives who stayed home — or voted for a 3rd party candidate — and let 10-15000 votes turn the Senate over to the dems.
We now face the destruction of the republican/conservative movement as a group with ANY power in America in only a few years.
If this bill passes, we will be overrun by soon to be democrats.
I also blame (Bush and) the republicans who are now running to the left. But they probably would not have if they had not come to face losing their offices due to the turn coat conservatives that failed to fight to keep the dems OUT of the majority and ALL that gives them -- as opposed to meaningless one issue protests.

difficult to say but we know for sure that large number of illegal immigrants and felons were voting. We also know that in many places it was easy to vote several times (e.g. on behalf of your roommate etc) since photo IDs are not needed (unlike in Mexico, Iraq and every other country).
