It is always easy to spot a bogus biased poll. When the outcome they want (yes) has one box to check and the outcome they don’t want (no) has two boxes. That way the opposition gets split.
Good night to you, too Jewels. Glad to hear you don’t think it will pass, either. But we need to let politicians who supported this one know, including Bush, that it’s unacceptable to promote this kind of destructive legislation. The problem needs to be solved once and for all.

if you write to them all, and give your reasons, they will know the number of people don’t like this bill for whatever their reasons are. but don’t throw the baby out with the bath water. bush has done more for us than any jackass ever would or will...and if we keep eatting our own, we’ll be seeing that up close and personal in a couple of years...now, that’s reason for fear!!!!

He at least lowered our taxes, supports the troops and gave us an improved SCOTUS. They will undo all of that as soon as they can.

I'm twice as angry this time. Last time I was bowled over by the treachery I observed in the discussion of the initial 2006 version of this bill. Now I'm convinced that 9 out of 10 of them are traitors. And the President has been calling for this bill to be passed. No more excuses. I'm done making excuses for these types.

Every time I look at Duncan Hunter's one percent in the polls, I'm reminded of the power of FReeping.
They don’t even do that, they just run a script that votes automatically. Any of these “voting” sites that don’t at least set cookies are only intended to sway public opinion the way their owners want.
The good ones make you register, you can use a fake name - it’s just to set a cookie and then they periodically run one of those windows with distorted letters that hacking software can’t read but people can and then you have to type in the letters you see in order to get on the site and vote.

Probably the same FReepers who stayed home in November allowing the congress that would have been at least GOP enough to control this immigration crap to be replaced by those who eagerly do Teddy’s bidding.
