Jack French Kemp, Jr., now that’s a laugh that never stops! Like the old Energizer bunny
Welcome to FRMust be nice to be a Bushbot despite the facts before us.
Qualifications have never been a requirement for hiring in this administration.
I did a little searching around and found that the fraternity was Delta Kappa Epsilon. Bush became president of the fraternity before he graduated.
I'd say that this is naive stupidity and not some sort of Skull & Bones plotting on Bush's part. He just doesn't seem to have understood that it is disastrous to pepper all your administrative bureaus with political enemies. He just doesn't seem to understand that a personal friend is not necessarily a political ally, or a suitable person to put into a position of trust.
It's one of Bush's greatest weaknesses. I would have said it was his worst weakness, until this immigration amnesty business and Law of the Sea Treaty business reminded me of an even worse weakness.
Thanks for the welcome.
So your position is that because I don’t consider GWB to be an anarchist or one of Lenin’s useful idiots that I must be a Bushbot?
I think that we must help our pols to do the right thing, help them with their PR, we must save them from themselves, it will take time, but we must compete.
If they see they have cover, they have a good machine, they will be more bold.
After all, the Dems have been able to say and do things unimaginable, lies, deceit, ect, for 40 years with their MSM cover.
Proof? Look at gov growth, culture, taxes, schools, ect, the left is winning. Republicans are becoming more and more liberal as a response to their voters who want more gov intervention with each election.
No, grassroots is the only way to go. We can’t just complain and make phone calls once the legislation is up for a vote, or not work until right before election time.
The DNC/MSM/Hollywood is a 24/7/365 political campaign machine, we should be also. Its a battle for the hearts and minds.
If this amnesty bill goes through, the Republican party would no longer be viable and would be a political party in name only. Actually that is the way it is now.
Yes, it’s a shell of itself, and Pat Buchanan figured that out in 1999, when I emailed him (as if he read the emails) and pleaded with him to stay in the GOP.
That’s why this cat has been meowing for years for either monarchy or anarchy. I tole you so, but you wooden lissen!
The very definition of the word "sock puppet".
The new tone in Washington.
So seven years later Crazy Joe points out the obvious to many of us oh about 7 years ago? So I take it he’s no longer hawking for the administration on some of its other failed un-conservative policies? This isn’t a suprise at all. Just more of the same ol’, same ol’. Politicians (well most of them) are all alike. After 20 years of the Bush/Clinton stranglehold on the Executive Branch, I’m suprised Chelsea isn’t dating someone closely related to the Bush family
Well, let me be the first to say that if George W. Bush was able to run again...rather than see Hillary and Bill once again, I’d vote for President Bush AGAIN!
Politics is compromise. It's a fact...not just a cliche.
Insanity is repeating the same actions and expecting different results.
No...insanity is voting for a Saul Alinsky-type Marxist like Hillary because you’re not happy with everything your candidate does.
No...insanity is voting for one person who wants to drive you over the cliff at 10 miles an hour versus voting for another that wants to drvie you over the cliff at 60 miles per hour.
But you don't see a single thing wrong with a Republican keeping Lanny Davis in any position of power?
Are you THAT 'botted???!?
At least, one would hope so.
