Today, there was a report that TB has infected a student at Vallejo High School in California. Of course, the news will not report the identity of the person with TB or if it is the drug-resistant strain.

KYW-TV in Philadelphia did a story last night that was supposed to be heart-warming but it infuriated me. It was about a Latino woman who found out she had cancer after becoming pregnant. Rather than have an abortion and begin cancer treatment immediately, she chose to have the child and risk her own life. Of course, she is an illegal alien and speaks no English. The baby was born 3 1/2 months premature and needs all kinds of expensive neonatal care, and now the mother is on aggressive anti-cancer treatment in the hospital. All I saw was hundreds of thousands of dollars in hospital costs that my taxes would end up paying. And I knew damn well that the only reason this woman risked her own life to have the baby was because it is now an anchor baby, and she will eventually be able to bring the rest of her family here to sponge off of us as well. Infuriating!!!!

Knowing how Political Correctness rules a lot of academic
science (and medicine), I'm suprised that these reports actually
identify the source of the increased contagion.
I wouldn't be suprised if there wasn't some heated editorial discussions
before these reports were released.

I give the publishers credit and wish they'd take over my local
newspaper. Maybe then our local media would identify the source
of increases in all sorts of crime stats and our suddenly
overfilled public schools (since we got tsunami of illegal immigrant
roofers last summer).

The 14th Amendment was meant to resolve the citizenship question of former slaves as a special case and not to allow any freeloader lawbreaker a free ticket to the U.S. There is nothing in the constitution that decrees that the taxpayer has to support any other citizen or non-citizen parent of a citizen or ensure that those citizens grow to their majority in this country. Ship em home with their parents and they can decide on citizenship when they reach 18.
