He was the bringer of ‘Misery’ from 1977 to 1981. I was 26-30 years old stationed overseas for thru 1979, stateside the balance. He was foolish then and is still foolish now. Incompetent is a mild description.

Yep. You’d be hard pressed to find a vet from that thankfully short ‘era’ that likes Carter.
