Steve, how about an usPod, usPhone, etc., instead of a bunch of I, I, I products that promote self centered and shortsighted behavior.

He wants a guy to run for President that would support economic ruination of this country. But, by your logic that means that Soros should be exalted as well.

I'm not exalting anybody. I'm disputing your spurious claim that Jobs in an idiot. There are lots of smart people with whom I disagree and/or dislike. For the record, Soros isn't an idiot either.

I bought a new laptop yesterday a MacBook! I hate to give Mr. Jobs any more money—but from what I can learn, none of the other makers are conservatives/Republicans, either. I absolutely love all my Macs!

I think the reason why everyone is dogging you is because you’re being silly about the “idiot” comment. It wasn’t said literally, as in “Steve Jobs has an IQ lower than 70.” Rather, it was a simile, like “What an ass” (doesn’t make one buttocks or a donkey) or “You’re a pig!” (said to Clinton, but he is still unfortunately a human).

When Mr. Jobs took over Apple, its share price (adjusted for splits) was in the neighborhood of $3. Today it is at $113. I don't agree with Jobs on most political issues, but the man is no idiot.

you really ought to do your homework, Mr. Soros.

Jobs may be a political idiot, but he makes a great computer.

Buying what, in your judgment, is the best product, regardless of the personal preferences of its maker, is sort of what the free market is all about.

Steve Jpbs, I think you misunderstood.

When Gore said he liked the Mac,
Big Al was thinking about eating it!

And then again, if he decides NOT to buy a product due to the political preferences of the maker, that is free market also!

Jobs and all the other propeller heads out on the left coast see Gore as relatively moderate I’m sure.

"But I think there's a question in his mind, perhaps because the pain of the last election runs a lot deeper than he lets most of us see."

Oh, brother...yeah,I can see it now: a dim, an empty "working class" bar, chairs stacked up on the tables, a waitress leaning against a corner -- yawning, some old black guy lazily sweeping the floor, the bartender counting recipts, and Al Gore just sitting there...and sitting there...and sitting there at the bar...running his chubby finger around the rim of that drink he's been nursing for the last 45 minutes. And then...then he starts to sing...

"Its quarter to three,
Theres no one in the place cept you and me
So set em up, joe
I got a little story I think you oughtta know

"We're drinking my friend
To the end of a brief episode
So make it one for my prez-a-den-cy
And one more for the road

"I could tell you a lot
But you gotta to be true to your code
So make it one for my prez-a-den-cy
And one more for the road

"You'd never know it
But buddy Im a kind of poet
And I've got a lot of things I wanna say
And if I'm gloomy, please listen to me
....Till its all, all talked away

"Well, thats how it goes
And, joe, I know youre gettin anxious to close
So thanks for the cheer
I hope you didn't mind
Me bending your ear

"But this be-tray-el I found
Must be drowned
Or I soon might explode
So make it one for my prez-a-den-cy
And one more for the road
That long, long road..."

Yes, yes! Of course. Thanks for completing the thought.

I love Apple but seriously, Steve Jobs is dead wrong though he may be right Al Gore has a better chance of winning the White House than Hillary Clinton.

Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached." -Manuel II Paleologus

It depends on who Al hates more, the Greens or the Clintons.

Gore will be the candidate. After the beast and the bama eat
each other alive, as in alienate all of America against them,
algore will be drafted by begging warmists all over the world, to run and save the world. Count on it.
