Only if we get rid of their “retirement”. Put them in our social security program, THEN term limits. I don’t want to pay out for dozens of freeloaders instead of just one.

Check this web site out to be both frightened and pissed at the same time at our Congress, who want to grant amnesty for these illegals because their own country can’t support them. If this legislation is enacted, these numbers will rise to bankrupt America.

As for the Income Tax, America at the time was a very different place than it is now with a lot of wealth accumlating in the hands of robber barons. Roosevelt was hardly a Bolshevik.
