President Bush visited soldiers, sailors, Marines and their families today at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. There he awarded purple hearts to the patients, then spoke briefly to the press outside. (Transcript)
The president and first lady will spend Memorial Day weekend at Camp David.
