Regulate it like we do alcohol and tobacco.

It's regulated now. Alcohol and tobacco are not regulated the same way. There's different regulations for all three.

That looks like it's some good stuff. Not that I know anything about that sort of thing.

Do the taxpayers have to support this weed clinic? If so, that's criminal.

You'd think the govt would have better things to do other than worry about who is smoking, buying or growing weed.

I couldn't imagine what would happen to American culture if
they ever legalized the stuff.

“I can’t understand why it was ever made illegal. I think it would be a good study to track that history.”

Just follow the money trail .

Production isn’t legalized, except for a small scale basis by users. I still have no idea why you fail to grasp that fact. If it is illegal to produce something on a large scale basis, prices will remain high. On any product, especially one with a large demand. If tobacco companies were hamstrung by the legal requirements that pot growers are, cigarettes would cost $500 a carton.

"If it is illegal to produce something on a large scale basis, prices will remain high."

Oh, please. If you were allowed to grow only 3-4 plants in your backyard, are you telling me you'd have to sell it for $480/oz. just to break even?

Good point. If people are willing to consider home remedies for nausea (like marijuana), then why not consider all home remedies? You listed some excellent candidates.

What about healing crystals? Green Aventurine "eases nausea and transmutes negative thoughts and emotions".

Acupuncture?

"In the first such clinical trial of its kind, researchers at Duke University Medical Center have found that acupuncture is more effective at reducing nausea and vomiting after major breast surgery than the leading medication."

Why is it that the medical marijuana supporters, who hate the greedy pharmaceuticals, stop with marijuana? Well, we know why.

If there were legal consequences associated with it, yes. And in the case of California, there are unless you are a user. And in that case, you are taking most of the supply that you are growing in the first place.

Amazingly, the Feds bust the people who try to grow on a larger scale basis to keep the prices low. Which is hardly a legal environment like you are trying to claim.

You are correct with all those recommendation, but you are still wrong about MJ not being an anti-nausea drug.

Ask any doctor.

I am not disagreeing with you on your passion against this drug, you are entitled to your opinion, but a medical fact is a medical fact.
