Proof not required. Government of the lawyers, by the lawyers, for the lawyers.

What happens when a employer hires a John to work the sales floor and a Jillian shows up in full drag the next day?

It will only get worse folks.

Thanks Gov. Bill “RINO” Owens for this gem, once again.

Okay people, my computer is not fighting back for a change...Now, speaking about fighting back - the reason things are in the pretty pass that they're in is because conservatives have not fought back enough. "Gay" rights proponents and their assistants have gained tremendous power in the last couple of decades. Each one of us has to decide whether we want to wave the white flag or not. They are not going away or giving up. They want to change the world into one that suits them.

What kind of a world do we want to live in? Sodom and Gomorrah???

I'm still waiting for the legislation that protects me as a white male who has risked his life savings to start a business, create a number of jobs in a pathetic overtaxing state, and hopefully contribute to a growing economy without being beholden to a single mis-gendered or mini-ego numbnut and the gubmint mentality that supports it.

More scary than an open border, if you ask me.

The government does not have a constitutional right to prevent “discrimination” in general. Discrimination is nothing more than the exercise of one’s own right to make decisions. We do it every day of our lives in thousands of ways.

Elections have consequences.

Here we go again with this canard.

Let me guess, "thanks to all the cut-and-run conservatives who stayed home," right?

Some people suffer discrimination because they are intelligent or eminently well qualified. Anyone ready to enact a law to protect those people?

The motivation to start a new business is getting worse everyday the democrats are in office.

It will be even worse in the near future.

Bill Ritter has lurched so far left so quickly, I’m surprised that his head is still attached to his body.

Yep, all those Chamber of Commerce types who jumped to Ritter look pretty foolish in hindsight. All they got was his veto of the union shop bill, and I predict they'll pay a heavy price for that next session because big labor has made it clear Ritter owes them a big marker.

Fact is Ritter was only a DA, has no political base or organization and is very green at politics on this level. He has to pander to his base or he'll be toast.
