while global emissions will be reduced by 25 percent, or by 60 percent, emissions in China, India, and the rest of the so-called third world will be allowed to go on increasing, presumably until there is equality in per capita emissions across the world. We had better not EVER submit ourselves to UN rule. There is no doubt this is how they will "EQUALIZE" the US population to the rest of the world.
They want to Tax us to death, and reduce us to third world status.

Russia is on board with Kyoto, Big Time, because it requires reductions from consumption levels at a date just before the fall of the Soviet Union. CO2 emissions in Russia have fallen dramatically since then, leaving Russia as one of the few countries who is already below their Kyoto target. Thus Russia has carbon credits to sell, and the whole World will have to pay whatever price the Russians demand.
Well, isn't that... convenient...

Oh, and the Chinese are on board with Kyoto, because under Kyoto, they can do whatever they damn well please, and emit as much as they like. It is only the productive capacity of the industrialized West that will be gutted. Leaving the Chinese as the only remaining producer of consumer goods, for which they will be able to demand any price they like.
Convenience on top of convenience, wouldn't you say?

as long as my carbon footprint is less than 5% of Mr. Global Warming crusader Al Gore, I won’t give conservation a second thought.

“In this spirit, Britain’s Stern Review, published in the fall of 2006, seeks a reduction of 25 percent by the year 2050. Going considerably further, the United Nations’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change has urged a 60 percent reduction. “
2050? How about a 20% reduction in 5 years? Come on all you environmentalists. Let’s make it happen.

“Obviously these people are more interested in reducing modern man to animals than in science.”
I still want to know who gets the money from the carbon credits?
This is nothing more then a global ponzi scheme to give power hungry communists more power to rule the proletariat and create a two class society.

The deer in the headlights look eh?
Try proxy ice core data is underestimated by 55ppm or more with argumentative ones. Or the Un`s CGMs are so flawed they can`t even be used to retrodict or backcheck the past weather patterns.
