Thousands of people gathered at the Angel de la Independencia to witness the Miss Universe National Costume competition, which was held outdoors and was open to the general public. The 77 contestants paraded in alphabetical order for around 45 minutes. Some contestants wore enormous costumes, while others wore the traditional attire of their countries. The most applauded contestant was Mexico (Rosa Maria Ojeda), followed by Spain (Natalia Zabala). Miss USA Rachel Smith, (on the left) who wore a very creative female Elvis Presley costume, was booed by the audience, due to the unstable political relations between Mexico and the United States. On the right photo is our very own Anna Theresa Licaros wearing a very elegant spanish-inspired costume. According to the clip, crowd favorites are Venezuela, Colombia, Mexico, Philippines and Japan

Miss USA fell down and got into the top 5 anyway. I thought Miss Mexico was way better looking. That may have been the reason for the booing.

This simply illustrates why liberals are so enamoured of the idea of bringing millions of illegal immigrants into the fold with the right to vote.

Mexicans. Rude ,ill-mannered,ignorant,unappreciative and without gratitude, but they work cheap.
They boo our Soccer teams and our women ,but they dont mind sneaking over for a job, They dont mind sending American money back.They dont mind exporting their drugs. Their country couldnt survive without it. Drugs and illegal workers and Prostitution. The bulk of Mexico’s economy.
