WASHINGTON - President George W Bush has given the CIA approval to launch covert "black" operations to achieve regime change in Iran, intelligence sources have revealed. Mr Bush has signed an official document endorsing CIA plans for a propaganda and disinformation campaign intended to destabilise, and eventually topple, the theocratic rule of the mullahs. Under the plan, pressure will be brought to bear on the Iranian economy by manipulating the country's currency and international financial transactions. Looks like the CIA has launched its operations: disclosing its orders to the press. I suppose it’s possible that the leak was authorized, but I strongly doubt it. If the leak is unauthorized, then the fact that it occurred gives more reason to doubt whether the CIA is up to the task assigned by the president.
Just talking about Shaft.
Maybe a story like this will get the captured Agents of S.O.R.O.S. in Iran executed. Not saying that would be a good thing, but it is a possible consquence.
Same as when the Human Shields’ loyalty to Saddam was questioned.

There exists a shadow government that is determined to thwart the policies of the elected adnimistration. They do this not through the constitutional means of checks and balances but through nepotism and treasonous leaks.
