On the most basic level because they rob us of Free Will.This is a bad case for that. These men go to all the trouble to show up at the house of a minor with the intent of having a sexual encounter. They go beyond a presumption of innocence. I have a friend who does this for the SBI. They don't have to entice. These pervs do all the work for them. It's just thinning the herd.

It's just thinning the herd. Power corrupts. An unrestrained power to "thin the herd" can be absolutely corrupting, imho.
