Building a North American Community
Council on Foreign Relations ^

Posted on 05/31/2007 1:32:46 PM PDT by processing please hold

As liberal democracies, the governments also share common principles: protecting individual rights, upholding the rule of law, and ensuring equality of opportunity for their citizens. North America, in short, is more than an expression of geography. It is a partnership of sovereign states with overlapping economic and security interests, where major developments in one country can and do have a powerful impact on the other two.

CommunityLaw Enforcement and Military Cooperation Security cooperation among the three countries should also extend to cooperation on counterterrorism and law enforcement, which would include the establishment of a trinational threat intelligence center, the development of trinational ballistics and explosives registration, and joint training for law enforcement officials.

• Develop a North American Border Pass. The three countries should develop a secure North American Border Passwith biometric identifiers. This document would allow its bearers expedited passage through customs, immigration, and airport security throughout the region. The program would be modeled on the U.S.-Canadian ‘‘NEXUS’’ and the U.S.-Mexican ‘‘SENTRI’’ programs, which Recommendations 9 provide ‘‘smart cards’’ to allow swifter passage to those who pose no risk. Only those who voluntarily seek, receive, and pay the costs for a security clearance would obtain a Border Pass. The pass would be accepted at all border points within North America as a complement to, but not a replacement for, national identity documents

Oh, my God. CFR thinks we should call all these illegals...’trusted travelers’. No papers, go where ever you like, stay as long as you like, do as you please. Whatever. Insanity.

Just Google "North American Union" and read the article names for an education in what's coming. If you really care, read some of the articles.

Now, though, I'm growing more convinced that the CFR is driving legislation and what what we believe is good for America is less important to our elected representatives than what the CFR tells them is good for America.

IMO, many are coming to that realization.

I am nearly to the point that membership in the CFR or an identifiable cozy relationship with CFR members is enough to preclude any candidate from getting my vote.

That a group of unelected people in this organization could hold such sway over our lives is unbelievable.

It appears they are telling our elected leaders what to do, to hell with the voters who put them there.

Found this, not quite a quarter of the way down the page, at http://www.stopthenorthamericanunion.com/TreasonAbounds.html

[snip]

Who's Responsible For The Massive Push To Sell America Out From Underneath Us?

It is a fact that the direct selling of our infrastructure to foreign countries is in violation of the Constitution, Article I, Section 10, Clause 3.  It is also a fact that such sales are in direct contravention of the Exon-Florio laws which mandates the prohibition of "foreign direct investment in maritime, aircraft, banking, resources and power."  Why then is the Committee on Foreign Investment in the US (CFIUS), which conveniently falls under the aegis of the U.S. Treasury Department, and individual local or state governments being allowed to continue doing so with regularity and rapidly accelerating speed?

As for WHY our infrastructure is being auctioned off to the highest bidder, mostly foreign investors, the answer is because George H. W. Bush, a One World Monopolist, wrote and signed an Executive Order (E.O.) 12803 on April 30, 1992 commanding that it be done.  That E.O. was published in only two places, Cornell University and on waterindustry.org.

Executive Order 12803, Section 1 under 'Definitions' it states the following . . . "For the purpose of this order:

(a) 'Privatization' means the disposition of or transfer of an infrastructure asset [read taxpayer funded and owned], such as by sale or by long-term lease, from State or local government to a private party.

(b) 'Infrastructure asset' means any asset financed in whole or in part by the Federal Government [read taxpayer financed] and needed for the functioning of the economy [if we need it why are we selling it?].  Examples of such assets include, but are not limited to: roads, tunnels, bridges, electricity supply facilities, mass transit, rail transportation, airports, ports, waterways, water supply facilities, recycling and wastewater treatment facilities, solid waste disposal facilities, housing, schools, prisons and hospitals."  A BREATHTAKING LIST!

Following Bush's lead, Bill Clinton, issued another unlawful Executive order E.O. 12893, which, just like all the actions prompted by the Shadow Government, is ALSO a little known fact.

You can find a comprehensive list of America's taxpayer financed roads being sold to the highest bidder via Public Private Partnerships (PPP).  Take note that the word 'partnerships' is a euphemistic term which really means the fascist blending of private (corporate) and public (government) in 'partnerships' to the everlasting detriment of America's security and sovereignty, not to mention the violation of our Constitution and laws.

There are even seminars provided to teach state and local government officials how to go about selling our taxpayer financed infrstructures to foreign private investment groups.  There will be a "North American Private Partnerships Intensive Seminar, . . . held at the Hyatt Regency in Miami, March 19 to 21 [2007].  The cost will be $3,500 [probably paid by taxpayer dollars] per attendee."

Our country is being sold out from beneath us, often to foreign entities who will control them in times of national emergencies and in violation of the Exon-Florio law and our Constitution.  All is being accomplished while many Americans remain uninformed by the media AND those who loudly object are being ignored or silenced by the fascist One World Monopolists, in collusion with the corrupt main stream media, in their drive to conquer America from within.

We'll find out in September what our politicans think about it. If they jump the wrong way...look out. We're becoming a tinderbox where this disappearing border and rising NAU is concerned.

September will get here.

The impetus for North American integration in this country has been from the large, multinational businesses based here which hope that a larger, integrated market will be more efficient and more profitable for them. This motivation is purely economic on their part.

This newer rationale for integration, since 9/11, of concern for security is simply eyewash for the gullible to try to increase support for integration.

Weakening the borders between the US and Canada and Mexico, and instead relying on the diligence and effectiveness of the external Mexican and Canadian third-country border controls, does not enhance our national security, it weakens it.

A violent uprising in Chiapas against the Mexican government would not be a Mexican security problem, but a North American security problem.

When the foolish Canadians allow Islamic radicals to set up shop in Canada under the guise of political asylum, and roam freely while being paid government benefits, it will be as much our problem as theirs.

Of course, our own border controls are not very good at the moment. But weakening them would be moving in the exact opposite direction of what is needed.

Our homes will become armed fortresses. Millions upon millions upon millions wandering in our country, and they'll have the right to be here.

I don't think this country will hold together when that happens if you know what I mean.

It's Insanity with a capital 'I.'

I've been reading about a shadow government. I wonder how many FReepers have.

Nopardons and I got into an argument one time about a year ago when I said our country is being sold piece by piece out from under us. She said it wasn't true.

Reading what you posted, I don't know whether to spit, cuss, cry, pray or fight, maybe a combination of all five.

Thank you for the link.

I agree with your post 100%. You are spot on.

This newer rationale for integration, since 9/11, of concern for security is simply eyewash for the gullible to try to increase support for integration.

And it's being lapped up by the gullible like mothers milk.

Just cast your peepers on this and other articles you can readily find by Googling "The Council on Foreign Relations". One of the first bits of info you will learn is that CFR founder House, was a Marxist who's aim was to destroy the Constitution of the US and set about the New world Order. Just read

"The Council on Foreign Relations - And the Trilateral Commission - The two organizations that run the United States by Melvin Sickler" at http://www.prolognet.qc.ca/clyde/cfr.html

Be prepared for an eye opening experience. This is all stuff the John Birch Society tried to (and does to this very day) get us to understand and rail against for decades. Or just continue to deny it and sit back and watch it happening. You are absolutely right to consider membership in the CRF and Trilateral Commission as lethal. Knowledge is power. Get knowledge.

It is amazing when you start reading about the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), Trilateral Commission , The Illuminati and the Bilderberg Group.

Especially when you read the earlier history of the in the US and Europe. It will amaze some who's names are associated with these groups over the years. Most of our Presidents and others highly placed in the Government (Congress, Executive and Judicial) as well as the military.

An interesting book published in 1962 was 'The Invisible Government' by Dan Smoot. He took a lifetime "beating" (figuratively) from writing it. Also some others were written by Gary Allen ('The Rockefeller File'  and 'None Dare Call it Conspiracy') and the 'CFR Part II' by Pheobe Courtney. All these books are old but quite interesting.

Even Bubba Clinton's old Professor, Carroll Quigley, called 'Tragedy and Hope' discussing some of these issues. Theres is even one on nonprofit and such called 'Foundations: Their Power and Influence' by Rene A. Wormser.

The Conspiracy Archive is on-line at http://www.conspiracyarchive.com/  and has many writings on this subject. Probably many more sites to study the "conspiracy" and its more modern counterpart 'The Right Wing Conspiracy' made so popular by Bill and Hillary.

But I think you'll enjoy more the writings on 'One World Government' and the 'Globalist Conspiracy' that is debunked by so many liberals and Democrats today.  Maybe even more compelling and interesting reading that the UFO's and Roswell theories and possibly all the theories regarding Mason's.

The CFR is the rathole club for the New York Rockefeller RINOs and socialists. They’ve been talking their new world order talk for decades. Their magazine “Foreign Affairs” is filled with whacko plans to, for example, harmonize all laws via the UN. They’re constantly blabbing about new world order this, new world order that.

The CFR members become dangerous when they’re slipped into various administrations to push certain UN treaties. We are today living under the UN’s Biodiversity Treaty, rejected by the Senate in 1994. Even though rejected, Clinton illegally implemented the treaty under the President’s Council on Sustainable Development by ordering the federal fascist bureaucracy to write it into regulations.

That’s why you read so many stories of land owners being harassed for filling mud puddles or being denied the use of their property to protect some jumping kangaroo rat, all in violation of the individual’s sovereign right to legally use his lawful property.

Clinton, Babbitt, Holbrocke, they’re all CFR toadies whose goals are to destroy US sovereignty and place citizens under the rule of unelected bureaucrats, domestic and foreign.

It's starting to appear as though their hard work is about to pay off. You need only click on my name to see how I feel about the un. I see them for the threat they are to our sovereignty. Always have.

With our last few presidents working hand-n-hand with them this one will be tough to overcome. My eyes are set on September when the plan is brought before our elected officials. We'll see just how powerful they are then.

Needed to be said again.

The only thing I’d add to this is that the CFR and Trilateral Commission are the “secret” organizations working this out. Our government is a willing pawn in it.

Have you read the book rule by Secrecy by Jim Marrs?

I haven't yet, but my dad did a few years ago. He told me some of the things about it, and this is what I think it was about. At the time he told me, I didn't really get it. When my dad died a couple of years ago, I looked for his book to bring home with me but it wasn't at his home.
