Many have not experienced the real world and have never left school (my boss at work is an ex school teacher and it took her many years to treat people as adults and even now relapses).

From my standpoint, the important point from now on is how the wackjob terror type perps get treated. If we handle them with the usual kid gloves and set a poor example for other would be terror types we only encourage more of the same.
I still say Gen. Blackjack Pershing had the right idea. He knew how to communicate with Islamo-terror wannabes, he stopped terrorism cold almost 100 years ago.
