If the FBI tries to arrest this guy, Gonzalez will probably have him framed like those border patrol agents.

Judge Armatas' judicial philosophy includes being practical and using common sense; listening attentively and being fair and impartial to everyone; being courteous; and remembering the "golden rule."

Bounty hunter James Ness discovered Flores real name and tracked him to his hometown in Mexico. Ness says he provided the information to prosecutors, but there is no move to bring the suspect back to the United States.

ILLEGAL too?

This is why amnesty is so important. Then, when one of these guys rapes a kills a little kid, you don't have the citizenry up in arms about him being "illegal and not deported."

If you don't support amnesty you're a bigot.

If you try to scare people by calling amnesty "amnesty" then you're unpatriotic.

Let's please not discuss his status in this country any more.

If I were to include the sarcasm tag, it wouldn't be sarcasm anymore

I agree with ya ... you’ve nailed it.

What I find especially disturbing is Bush and Chavez calling folks “racists” for not supporting their ridiculous immigration bill. While otoh, they claim a “war on terror”.

Bush needs the amnesty provision. Then he won’t have to pardon his sister-in-law, Mrs. Jeb Bush, the next time she tries to smuggle tens of thousands of dollars worth of goods into the country. Must be a Latin thing, breaking the law.

Forty-one percent of the people on the FBI's list of people wanted nationwide for murder are Mexican nationals.

For comparison, Americans make up 49 percent.

Of all of the foreign nationals on the list, eighty-three percent are Mexican.

Gotta love the family values of those natural conservatives.
