I have some carbon credits to sell you. I have two turbo Diesel cars that replaced two minivans that replaced a Suburban and Econoline. So the way I figure they figure, I have two sets of credits to sell. The difference between the mpg of the Diesels against not driving the minivans and the difference between the Diesels and not driving the full size trucks (station wagons or SUVs - you decide).
I’ve decided to get my carbon credits another way. For the first 50 miles of a trip I will drive l0 mph under the speed limit, which will give me a carbon credit that I can use in the next 50 miles, when I will drive l0 mph over the speed limit. Sounds good to me! Or I can sell that 50 miles of carbon credits. I plan to hold my breath for 2 hours every day, and never eat beans. How’m I doin? These carbon credits are going to add up fast!
