On May 18, NewsBusters introduced you to Kristen Byrnes, the fabulous fifteen-year-old from Maine who had torn apart many of the myths purported by the Global Warmingist-in-Chief, soon-to-be-Dr. Al Gore, in his schlockumentary “An Inconvenient Truth.”
Now, the Precocious Ponderer from Portland is taking on the scientist that Gore relied on for much of his misinformation, James Hansen of NASA.
In her recent report entitled “Houston, We Have a Problem,” Byrnes identified a serious concern with this so-called scientist that many anthropogenic global warming skeptics have been addressing for years (emphasis added throughout):

Yes, temperature models spit (GIGO) results to ten decimal places, based on readings from some places which made up the temperatures!
The bulk of the data is at the NOAA and Weather services sites, although that might not be true for long.
Can't have questioning of the dogma, you know.
The irony is it's all irrelevant. If the natural temperature cycle of the earth is showing a warming trend, adaptation is the only possible solution.
Ever seen the discussions about infinitely smaller problems that are allowed to "take their course", because it's silly to even think about trying to prevent them? I can think of one, just off the top of my head: seacoast shore erosion. When was the last time you heard any nutcase argue that we should prevent it worldwide?
Stopping global warming, a process of nature, is millions of times bigger...
It is incontrovertable that his is a bump for later.
