Opportunity for someone who can brave the dangers of the political Berkley that is Madison.
However, I thought the local ban on buying handguns was obliterated by state law in the 90’s.
Perhaps someone with more current information can correct me on this. I also thought the law to ban the sale of handguns was in 84, not 74.
Well, since the United States Constitution carries no force in the People’s Republic of Madistan, and thus there are no advocates for the Second Amendment, it’s actually a bit surprising any gun shop at all has been in the region this long.
Amazing- I was born in Madison and went to school in Middleton, graduating from high school there in 1957. My 50th reunion is at the end of this month.
Rusk has been there for years, and as far as I know, there is no law against selling guns in the state of Wisconsin. How can Madison pass such a law, and how can they enforce it in the MIddleton township? Or in the Middleton village/city?
There are hundreds of hunters in that area. This is sooooo wrong.
