The limo libs don’t get it. If they really wanted to help they should try free market solutions. A few years ago when the Amazon Rain Forest was the cause of the moment, various do gooders were running around whining.
The Grateful Dead had what I felt was a good approach, they held concerts and used the ticket proceeds and donations to buy pieces of the Rain Forest and deed it trust to the local tribes occupying the land. Good rational free market solution.

I’m not a Dead fan, but I gained a lot of respect for Jerry Garcia, when they supported the Lithuanian Basketball team after they gained their independence from the Soviet Union.
