This whole immigration reform is because someone didnt do their job... We need to keep calling, faxing, etc. to keep the pressure on so we don't have any more of this nonesense, AND to insist they start doing their job with the current laws. We should also insist on English as offical language, and they can have a "Sponsored Workers program". Keep calling them Illegal Aliens and even Contraband Labor.

I’m trying to clarify the EOL issues: It’s “ENGLISH AS THE OFFICIAL LANGUAGE OF THE US GOVERNMENT.
There’s a good bill in congress that cancels an EO by Bill Clinton that requires translators, etc..

Once you train local law enforcement officers how to handle 287(g) I.C.E. provisions regarding local cooperation with federal immigration side--with respect to halting, assessing, arresting, and entering deportation procedures for rampant illegals--then you deputize those locally trained in these procedures to in turn train adjacent local communities who suffer from the same plague, if the federal side is either too personnel-stressed or too cashed-stress--which has been two of the excuses they have been coming up with recently from the Bush Administration and Washington to justify their inaction (retaliatory sabotage against the P.O.B. (the) "Pissed-off Base" actually if you ask me) in helping localities who are increasingly voting to have such federal training. Pass the knowledge on, make it pyramid, educate to every county and town in the land which wants such knowledge.I for one would like Tom or Duncan to vett and introduce this kind of legislation in the House of Representatives, despite their busy campaigns for President.
