"I'll see you at the bill signing."

If it passes and he signs it... we have the right to shut this country down.

“What on earth is he thinking, asking a democrat for help to pass amnesty?”

I guess the same thing he was thinking when he continued to push comprehensive immigration reform (amnesty) in a critical election year ‘06. He knew darn well he was risking loosing majority, but he’s driven by the globalist BIPARTISAN agenda for creating a North American Union. Who better to assist in seeing it done than aligning with Ted Kennedy?

If open borders can be secured and amnesty given to both illegal aliens and their employers...connect the dots, in no particular order...

NAFTA
CAFTA
USA IMMIGRATION LAWS IGNORED, ILLEGAL EMPLOYERS NOT FINED
SECURITY AND PROSPERITY PARTNERSHIP
TRILATERAL AGREEMENT WITH MEXICO
MILLIONS OF ILLEGALS PERMITTED TO SHUT DOWN MAJOR U.S CITIES
USA HOUSE AND SENATE LOST TO DEMOCRATS (BUSH/KENNEDY)
ELECTION?OF NAU SUPPORTERS CALDERONE (FOX)and HARPER(MARTIN)
USA NATIONAL GUARD (UNARMED) TO ASSIST BORDER PATROL
FENCE BILL PASSED AND SIGNED - NOT BUILT
MAJOR U.S. CITIES PERMITTED TO BECOME ‘SANCTUARIES’
EMINENT DOMAIN
TRANS TEXAS CORRIDOR
KANSAS PORTS
WESTERN HEMISPHERE TRAVEL INITIATIVE
UNRESTRICTED MEXICAN TRUCKERS
and next,
OPEN BORDERS (PERIMETER SECURITY)
AMNESTY

(I’m sure there are more...the NAU agenda moves forward)

The ONLY thing on this President’s agenda is following the direction of the Open Borders Lobby. Seems he will follow the agenda for a NAU at any cost. See my post above.

Have you seen this morning’s WSJ? There is an article by Fred Barnes that says that the bill is being brought back and the Senate Republican leaders are promising Reid that they won’t filibuster. Seems our only hope is the House.

Our D.C. Leadership must SEE that we will not back down on this.

Passing this bill will be the equivalent of giving amnesty to the entire populations of 18 States.

PLEASE go to www.lframerica.com and plan to Rally at your state capitol on Saturday!!!

Invite your family, friends and neighbors. Chances are, they are thinking the SAME thing you are!! United we Stand!

You’re welcome.

I vote for Jorge Bushamundo el Segundo twice.

I have argued with people, sometimes in the street,
on behalf of George W. Bush, since early 2000.

I said nothing when he said the words “new tone” and “compassionate conservative.” I looked the other
way when he invited Ted Kennedy to the White House for
hot dogs and a movie.

I held my tongue when he pushed through that multi trillion dollar prescription drug boondoggle.

I shook my head, but said nothing, when he proposed $30 billion for AIDS drugs for Africa. (Where in the Constitution does it say we must provide for the “common welfare” in foreign lands?)

Again, I said little or nothing when Bush cut funding for the Veterans Administration. As the son of a World War II
Veteran, I’ve seen a number of VA facilities, and the elderly WW II “greatest generation” definitely need additional funding. On top of that, we have countless thousands of servicemen and women from the current conflict
that need medical services. We’re at war....NO CUTS in the VA budget.

Again, I kept quiet when Mookie Al-Sadr....the cretin with the black turban on his head.....is allowed to run free for years on end.

I said little when our troops have their hands tied in Iraq
with restrictive and absurd rules of engagement.

I bit my tongue when Bush invited members of CAIR to the White House and called Islam a “religion of peace.”

I could go on, but the bottom line is I can hold my tongue
no longer while Bush surrenders our country to Mexico and
allows chain migration resulting in a potential 100 million or more third world illegals into our country, individuals who have no loyalty to America or desire to be Americans.

It’s even more shocking, in the aftermath of September 11th, that that is allowed to happen. It’s not just Mexican coming across the border. If another mass casualty terrorist attack happens, Bush should be held accountable.

Remember the Fort Dix Six? Some of them are illegal aliens, who entered through Mexico. I wonder how many sleeper cells are scattered across the U.S., after entering
through our open southern border?

Like Rush said, I’m done carrying the water for these guys.

I’m hoping for a true conservative to be sworn in on January 20, 2009.

I cannot regret voting for President Bush.

The alternative was John Kerry. John Kerry is a phony hero,a liar,a communist,an elitist fap.

I had the choice and I took it. Given the same choice I would take it again.

This time I will vote for Fred Thompson and hope he is smarter , for certainly I cannot vote for the Democrat alternative of Hillary or the snot nosed Obama.

At least with a Dem, you know you've got a Son of a Bitch...

It sounds to me like you have realistic expectations of dems, and unrealistic expectations of GOPers. I didn't vote for GWB in 2000. But I did in 04. My vote was based on the war, and the choice between Kerry or GWB, which I found to be an easy choice. I've never liked GWB very much, but I have never once thought I'd rather have Kerry. My free advice to you is to continue voting correctly, but lower your expectations down to a realistic level.

You have a good point.

I was reading above the post calling for calling the White House. What for? Mr. Bush is not interested in our opinion.

His arrogance makes my skin crawl.

Agree. And, I now have a better understanding of the Bush Derangement Syndrome.

I’ve become infected with Bush Derangement Syndrome, too.

I feel like the last human in that movie, “Invasion of the Body Snatchers.” Now, the pod people have gotten me, too.

I do agree with the previous posters who said they couldn’t have cast a vote for Gore in 2000 or Kerry in 2004. I wouldn’t vote for those two lefties for dog catcher, much less president.

Geez, we have 300 million people in this country....we
should have better choices for the highest office in the
land.

I agree. Its time to defend American borders from Jorge.
This traitor has intentionally left our borders wide open for terrorist cells and not pursued legal action on such matters of IRS non payment, Medicaid fraud , Social security fraud, and ID scams .
Its time to tar and feather and run him and those idiots Rove and Tony Snowe out of DC too .

My feelings about this treasonous fraud of an immigration reform bill are posted here. Throw all of the bums out! Prosecute all of them for treason. Every last one of them. 'Nuff said.

Kind regards to you, dennisw.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry over this one.

Think I'll go work in the yard, instead.

Exactly- I can mow the dam yard myself, as one FReeper put it so well.

Mrs. B wants a wading pool for the new puppy, the workshop needs more shelves and cleaning, and life goes forward regardless of what those clowns in DC do.

But I'm not forgetting any of this, either.

“I didn’t think we’d ever see it, but we’ve got a Republican Carter.”

No question he will be remembered as such. Easily the worst Republican President ever.
