You haven't dared the Gods of Food until you take on the "Travis" at the K&I diner in Albuquerque. A meat burrito, smothered in cheese and green chile, covered with fries (more fires inside too). Pictured above is a 1/4 Travis. I think CougarGA7 ate a whole Travis once.

In my younger days, I could go after a full Travis. Not anymore. The 1/4 looks like more food than I can handle.
Another thing that I havent had in a while is a smothered burger from Tina’s down in Lemitar.
An open faced burger covered with fries, cheese and green chile. You can actually hear your arteries harden as you eat it.
That’s enough fries for 3 people.
