Excerpt -
BAGHDAD - U.S. and Iraqi forces on Tuesday raided a lollipop factory being used to make bombs, finding boxes of explosives and two tons of fertilizer in the basement of the facility in northern Iraq, an Iraqi officer said. The entry room to the al-Arij factory was booby-trapped and the building was empty because the workers fled after apparently being tipped off to the raid, according to the officer, army commander Brig. Gen. Nour al-Din Hussein. He said an anti-aircraft gun was hidden on the roof.

Did the baby-milk factory that Clinton bombed have an arsenal inside?
I don't think so...so the title of this article is a bit misleading.

In 1980, the wife of a worker at a baby buggy factory in the Soviet Union was expecting a baby. Since, for some strange reason, the factory's products never appeared on the market, the worker decided to build a buggy for his new baby from parts that he smuggled home from the factory. After smuggling all the necessary parts to his home, he began to assemble the buggy. When he was finished, he realized why the factory's products never appeared for sale. Instead of a baby buggy, he had an
SS-18 intercontinental ballistic missile.
