It seems that we are all on the verge of World War 3. A war with China and its evil axis is a definite in the coming years. At least that is what you may come to believe after reading Evan Pedone's new book Assassin's Mace.
Pedone apparently did research on the matter of the Assassin's Mace. This weapon is a secret weapon designed to neutralize the advantage of a superior foe, in this case it would be the United States of America.
This book comes at a good time and is definitely what I would consider perfect for bringing people in who may not know half the stuff that an expert would. The book is obviously fiction however it has real life history in the book making you feel like you jumped ahead a couple of years to this impending war. It definitely could educate someone not knowledgeable in world events as well as give them a good story. The key here though is the knowledge. Americans need to be aware of the Assassins Mace and it is good that there is finally a book that sheds light on the subject and hopefully will get the Assassins Mace out into the mainstream.
Hopefully this will serve as a wakeup call that the Assassins Mace is real. Evan Pedone's Assassin's Mace definitely seems plausible because he explains how China does it and the conspiracy with it.
Lets hope someone in Washington is listening and will look into the subject matter. We cant let this new book go unrecognized.
If you know someone who is not as knowledgeable as you in world events you may want to direct them to this title because it is an easy read that they will understand yet will bring them into the more complex events of the world. Basically brings them from basic to complex.
Though it is new and is not available everywhere yet (I had to order mine, barnes and noble didnt have it yet) hopefully it will be soon.
We all know that China has things up their sleeve and cannot be trusted. This book does a good job at uncovering their lies and deceit.
If I were Taiwan, I'd want the Bomb and the means to deliver it all over the mainland. No POTUS is going to risk LA and SF to preserve Taiwan's independence.

DITTO. China already concluded that they would bankrupt their economy if they went against the US in an arms race. That is the lesson they derived from the Soviet collapse. The Chinese have four levels of warfare, going from the most cost effective to the most costly are as follows - use strategy to undermind opponents strategy; use strategy to drive a wedge between your opponent and his allies; use military to teach your opponent a lesson and pursuade him; the least desirable is to invade your enemy and occupy his country. In the last 15 years I see the Chinese operating at the first two levels using her monetary power to buy goodwill and allegiance from countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Mynamar, essentially weaning these countries from US to China via diplomacy. Then she uses her market and trade to influence countries like South Korea, Australia, Russia, the former Turkish Soviet republics, and even the US, So far no Chinese troops are used to confront US troops. Taiwan is the only flashpoint for US China war. China wants to sap US power by supporting anti US proxies such as Iran, North Korea, and Venezuela. They did not vociferously condemn our decision to invade Iraq hoping such an action would tie up US forces and sap US resources. I think we will eventually win in Iraq considering the resources we have versus what the insurgents and AQ can muster, but the occupation leaves the US public wary of future overseas adventures. No future President is going to send forces into another foreign country unless there is a quick victory. Given the fragile US public support for wars, I think the post Iraq era will involve the US using proxies to counter Chinese proxies, and terrorist forces.
Exactly. There's NO WAY China's going to attack us militarily. Not while they're busy accumulating all those US bonds as the World's #2 holder of them (Japan's #1). They'll be holding that over our heads if they haven't already used them for leverage during any discussions. All they'll need to do is cash in, and boy will we feel it.
Think conglomerates (ie., Walmart, GM and co.) currently benefiting from China's cheap labor are gonna root for our side? Yeah, right.
Manufactured goods from China, IT outsourcing to India (call centers!!!), the dominance of Japanese cars and tech equipment, South Korea's growing distaste for Americans... Asia's starting to worry me, though heck, they do need us as the greedy consumers we are almost as much as we need them.
Open borders are sure helping the problem too, huh? HOW ON EARTH did we get to this point? Where did my country go? BUY AMERICAN, d*mn it! Or is it too late?
I would suggest you go to http://www.sinodefence.com/default.asp take a look at what they are doing to upgrade their military performance across the board. They will probably be the greatest threat to us in a lot less than 20 years.
China doesn’t buy anything from the US; its largely a one- way street.
The only advantage we get is cheap labor which we could could get anywhere.
I read the book and it made me start thinking about things. Nothing more nothing less. I joined to today and I thought it would be a good first post. Is there somethign else I should post as my first one?
From my standpoint as a citizen of this country I cant help but believe that war is a possibility. Anyone in the military in here? Can they prove that my concerns are unwarranted?
What are you reading? China has more people, has warm water ports, has a recent history of expansion attempts since the 1950's. Remember Tibet? Quemoy? North Vietnam? war with India? By setting up a controlled version of capitalism, they have turned the statement 'The capitalists will sell us the rope to we use to hang them' to 'The capitalists will pay us to make the rope we use to hang them'.
They have the will and are getting the money and technology to do what they want across the globe. They are definitely more skilled at bamboozling the West than the Russians were.
So when do you think that China will become economically independent enough to challenge us? Right now we are their cash cow and I don’t think their ready to kill us yet.
Challenge us militarily or politically? Like testing a satelitte-killer missle without warning? Or using UN Security Council vetos to protect their interests in the Sudan and elsewhere in Africa?
They have started the probing already. I doubt there will be a formal speech at the UN announcing their intentions. If they are going for the Assassin's Mace approach, they will not announce that what they intend to build (unlike our missle defense announcements) and will probably try to lull us into an unwary state before using it.
My guess is that they know that they must reach economic parity first, and after that they can reach and sustain military parity.
China plays the long game. And outside the Catholic Church, and the Gramsci Marxists, few in the West seem to take that long view.
