I went to high school in the mid-nineties. And had this rule been in effect their, they would have made enough money to pay Roger Clemens salary for the Yankees this year

Yes, it will, when the town gets sued after a person gets a ticket for having his underwear show sues the pants off of the town.
If a person's private parts are showing, you don't need a "saggy pants" law to arrest the person.

I’m not familiar with that particular community so I do not know the racial makeup of the the town. But I am counting down the seconds before someone starts crying racism.

I love this quote by Mayor Broussard, "If you walk up and your pants drop, you get a fine.
They're better off taking the pants off and just wearing a dress."Stick by your guns, Mr. Mayor, and be prepared for Jesse and Al to visit your town and scream "DISCRIMINATION!"

Can someone please explain to me what these folks are trying to get across by showing their underwear?
Is their biggest achievement in life the possession of their ass?

I wish they’d do it in NC too. And them loud stereos. They should say if I can hear it while stopped at a light behind you, your stereo is forfeited.

Its a style teenagers emulate derived from prisoners who couldn't wear belts in jail which is now part of the mainstream Rap music culture.
Its about time some limits are placed on dysfunctional behavior that is considered offensive to public decency.
