Well at least these polls are believable. The Washington government is in the toilet, and someone should flush it....
Gee, this is like golf! Er, sort of.
Republicans that ousted republicans for their poor performance and give an opportunity for America to see how corrupt the democrats are and how poorly they can lead. These are good signed.
Republicans now need to get real conservatives into primaries and get rid of the incumbent republicans and put some fresh blood into the peoples houses.
The commercial infers that in her first week in Washington, she led the effort to raise the Federal Minimum Wage.
The “in your face” arrogant elitists in DC apparently haven’t been told that they’re poll numbers are in the toilet waiting to be flushed. Well, the American people will be doing the flushing. The new mantra “clean out the US Congress”. Time to vote them all out.
We need more political parties to choose from or no parties at all. No one seems happy with what the current two party oligarchy does.
You’d better believe it!
Neither are polling very well.
I sure would like to see a hundred new faces in congress this year.
“The Democratically-controlled House and Senate have made blocking President Bush’s war on terror, especially his Iraq program, their No. 1 priority.”
really? is this why they funded it?
NBC won’t report it, the NYT will put this on page Z-72, and MSNBC will fake the numbers using the six people that watch Olbermann.
CNN? They’ll run the teleprompter backwards again just to watch that moron Cafferty’s head explode live on air....
CARNAC: “Dead skunks, telephone solicitors, and the U.S. Congress.”
(opens envelope.)
“Name three things less popular then President Bush.”
(Concept of joke not original to me. Might have read something like it on FR earlier.)
“23 percent of Americans approve of the job Congress is doing”
Once the immigration bill passes, the 23% is going to look pretty good.
I wonder if NBC or PMSNBC will tout their own polls...on air?
All the RATS keep yapping about Bush’s low poll numbers, but harry reid’s 19% hardly ever comes up.
I’ll give Congress 2:1 odds of hitting zero first, but the Bush Administration is making a great effort, and shouldn’t be counted out.
How to save Congress:
1 - Demand Congressional districts be as Rectangular as possible
2 - Increase the number of seats in the House
3 - Repeal the popular election of Senators.
