1. The laws we currently have support my viewpoint.

2. Jesus, in his earthly mortal coil, lived under a tyrannical state. There was no legal way for citizens to take action, oppose government action, etc. We live in a far better and more accessible system that the ancient Roman Empire.

Umm, we *are* obeying the law, and trying to get the government to enforce it. It's the ILLEGALS who are not obeying the law.

Let's encourage the ILLEGALS to obey the law by having them leave the country and apply for entry through legal channels. It's what Jesus would want.

Taxes are one thing.  Please be careful with your extrapolations. They tax my brain. I do not want to have to explain crap all of the time to people who read things without comprehending, and quote things out of context.
