I’m curious now if the three guys under suspicion will sue Nifong in civil court. It would seem like that Duke has gone out of its way to fix or correct anything they could...except the 80-odd dimwits on the staff who signed that petition. That is the only big matter I see left to clean up.

Patience, my freind. The state bar can't jail him. They plan to disbar him, which is about the worst they can do. This 'trial' is a professional process, not a criminal process, so jail is not an option. The bar can refer stuff to the DA or attorney general for prosecution, if it might be criminal. That is all the bar can do.

Now let's see the state bar actually do it.
