Wow, this guy is a real winner. A crack smoking, banging the son’s girlfriend kind of guy.

We can quietly wonder if race played a role in making an unemployed legal aid lawyer a judge? Point made and taken.

If I’m not mistaken, if the plaintiff loses, he will have to pay treble the highest amount offered (the last I heard, $12K was offered to the right honorable judge) and defendant attorney fees, Hence, it is important to rule against the judge to exact justice for the cleaners operators.

There is One we need to adopt and I think you will agree. That is this Looser Pays ALL Cost. That would stop almost all frivolous suits. It would surely stop this one. I would like a variant of that. It would involve three possible outcomes, the current two plus plaintiff's suit being found frivolous. In the third situation, the plaintiff AND his attorney would be found jointly liable for the amount that they sued for (or maybe a percentage thereof), and the plaintiff's lawyer's law license would be suspended until the amount was paid.

Reading the post, I see this guy should be denied a 10 year term. Also I read that he has been in office 2 years. Does this mean he has another 8 years in his present term? I am surprised that this is not a big issue. If he is not given a new term, when will he been thrown out?

It should. And it should lead to his disbarrment.
To: Oztrich Boy

Maybe he should have a memorial service for the pants and get some closure.

There is international media covering this case and they are laughing at the US that such a case even made it to court.

They might be able to but I suspect it will be impossible to collect the judgement should they be awarded it.

“This judicial terrorist, and I have no other name to call him,”
That is EXACTLY what he is.
I despise people that use the law as a weapon instead of for justice.
I hope this guy ends up working for the defendants after he loses his job.

The man is a control freak. He should be given the cost of the suit and told to wear it on job interviews, also to relocate closer to a dry cleaner.
I have no doubt he will cry racial discrimination if he is not reappointed
To: gondramB
Of course, it is the most corrupt city in the world, what else would you expect?

“I am for serious repercussions against this lawyer/judge for frivolous litigation.”
You should be.
People like this guy ruin lives.
