"We Americans are lazy, vigilantes, and now compassionless bigots."

What we are is pissed off for a good reason. I know I am and if that makes me a bigot I will gladly take that title.

Didn’t you hear? We Americans are lazy, vigilantes, and now compassionless bigots. We’re the obvious problem here.”

I hadn’t heard the compassionless bigot bit.I guess I’m worse than I thought.

Impeachment is not the answer.

Lobbyists are not the answer.

WE THE PEOPLE are the answer.

If average American citizens would take as strong of a stand as the illegals who marched on May 1st, we could convince our “leaders” that we do not want these criminals receiving citizenship in our country. We need to send a clear, vocal message to our elected officials that we will not allow this bill to be passed and that we will do everything in our power to remove those from office who are for illegals and against American citizens.

“Go back and read my post. When you attack Bush as the sole support you are very naive.”

Go back and read mine...I’m not saying that Bush is solely to blame.

It simply answers the question about why people blame Bush. The fact that I, too, blame Bush doesn’t say that others aren’t a factor in the problem.

However, he IS the chief law enforcement official in the US, and if he had demanded that our borders be secured and that illegal invaders been prosecuted and deported when he took office this problem might not be the same proportion it is today.

Additionally, as president he SHOULD have been lobbying for new legislation to increase penalties on employers for hiring illegals and to deny illegals social services, and he should have been doing it for the past six years. That’s his job as our nation’s leader.

He has completely failed us on this problem. And while its not appropriate to blame him solely, it is appropriate to say that he rightfully gets a lot of the blame for the increase in the problem that has occurred on his watch.

“The buck stops in Ted Kennedy’s liquor cabinet.”

You put the blame for this at the feet of a joke of a Senator who only has one vote out of one hundred in the Senate?

Please...

One more time..let's see if logic can prevail with you.

This bill was DEFEATED by the Senate a couple of weeks ago.

What does El Presidente do?? He demands the Senate to go back and PASS IT! (Against the Will of his own Base and the American people).

Now, thinking "logically" mind you...How am I NOT supposed to blame Bush for this bill being resurrected from the dead? Hummm????

What you are still hung up on is that a few of you still are putting the blame heavily on Bush. When will you realize that it is the total Washington DC frame of mind. They, for the most part, let all of us down. Damn, how secure is that from the minds of some of the FR's.

It is Washington that is shitting on us! Yes it included Bush, but damn how delusional this thing has become.

Read my original post. It is not just Bush. How about Kennedy, or McNut. Did they have a part in this. Look at the crappy immigration issue in Washington for the last 12 years or so.

Why cannot you admit that it is not just Bush. I'm getting sick of these Bush bashers. He has made some mistakes, Oh, nobody make mistakes. This one is huge, but it is not the total problem. It is the total Washington culture

Bush has never been a DC insider................until now.

Because it was DEAD and Bush resurrected it. Passionately. And called the opposition fear mongers. The Senate heard us. Bush has his fingers in his ears.

Explain to me why Bush is trying to give away Americas sovereignty? (amnesty, Sea Treaty etc) I am NOT a globalist. He is.

And you think the bill was dead? Guess you forgot those that were pushing the bill. The President is not as dictator, and the last time I heard all these lame Congressperson have a mind of their own and the vote proves this. Your placing everything on just Bush, well it is not just Bush. The sooner we get off this as if Bush should save our ass, we should be putting as much effort on the real problem, a totally corrupt Washington. Bush is not the only one keeping the bill alive, but you forgot the RATS that are trying to buy the immigrant votes. Bush could continue to veto it but sooner or latter a bill will pass with or without the President.

Hola..Bushbot!

Presidente Bush doesn't WANT to veto the bill. He doesn't give a damn what the American people are saying to the contrary.

But I'm not here to convince you otherwise. I can see it is a waste of my time..

Still don't get it. The whole damn bunch sold us out. Why do you keep this silly notion that it is all Bush. This started a long time before Bush. What a waste of time.

Waste of time because you are just a Bush hater. This started a long time before the current President, and in no way can this President stop it. All it takes is the 60 votes of the Senate to override what Bush could do. That is the problem that this bill or facsimile will keep surfacing until the 60 in the Senate passes it. Talk about a waste of time, you are darn right.

Are you as ignorant as you sound? Where have you been since the beginning of the Bush regime? Bush has been for open borders and allowing the illegal aliens in from the gitgo. He is the major cheerleader for this horrid immigration bill. Yes, the Senate is complicit in this, basically being the Dems and a cadre of RINO’s, but it is Bush who came back from his European trip and resurrected this bad bill in the Senate. Bush is the instigator, not a passive observer as you make him out to be. You say this President couldn’t stop it? What a joke! He’s the main mover behind this immigration bill. However, I agree with the Freeper who said it is pointless to argue reality with a Bushbot. You’d better change your name, because logic is not a part of your emotional makeup, along with any kind of base in reality.

I'm not a Bush hater...but I do hate what he is doing pushing forward with his comprehensive immigration reform.

He doesn't want to stop it. He's making deals right and left to get it PASSED.

It really is a waste of anyone's time trying to debate a mind-numbed Bushbot..sigh.

“Wha’d they buy down there, 80,000 acres?”

I thought it was close to 100,000 hectares sitting on top of one of the most pristine aquifers in the world. Jenna Bush spent a couple of weeks down there recently “conferring” with the President of Paraguay for the UN. The Moonies have a large rancho there as well close to the Bushies. It’s been reported in several SA newspapers but got NO coverage here. If I was the suspicious type I’d say someone was preparing to do a runner if things get hot. He’ll fit in well.

Maybe you’re the one that doesn’t “get it”. I expect it from congress. I DIDN’T expect this from Bush.

CALL YOUR SENATORS AND THE OTHER SENATORS TO STOP THE SHAM-NESTY!!

Stop Z-visa amnesty!! Call the Senators, tell them to vote “NO”: 202-224-3121, 1-866-340-9281.

Calling after hours is okay for many senators, you get to leave a message on their machines.

S.1348 was sponsored by new Senate Majority leader Harry Reid, (D-NV). The bill has four co-sponsors, Kennedy (D-MA), Leahy (D-VT), Menendez (D-NJ) and Salazar (D-CO).

Now will this clear it up for you?
