It's always missles fired by - whoever is fighting against the Jihadi's that destroys the bomb making seminar, never the color blind "Jihadi-in-training" taking his final exam. The reason for this accusation is it immediately gets media on their side, and they start looking for who violated Paki-stan's soveriegnty.
Media then completely excuses the terrorists for making the bombs which they then use to blow up children in schools, or police trainee's on a bus trying to learn the skills and contribute to their couintry's return to some form of civilized behavior, after booting out the woman hating Taliban men with erectile disfunction. (at least when it comes to making out with women, They seem to have no troubles having anal sex with each other in the dark corners of the Taliban Maderassa's)
