Off topic.

My four orphan wild turkeys were back this morning. They ate some cracked corn, drank out of the water tank and then left with their new mommas and siblings. I knew they were the same four because they were the only ones who came up to the deck and didn’t leave when I approached them. They came really close to eating right out my hand. Pretty cool!

What fun........

And in a couple years, you will have the off-spring to come on the deck...........LOL

It is good to know the babies are still alive.

Guinea Fowl are the same way, the males even sit on the eggs and all the babies run as one family.

It appears that here the Quail also run as one family, Papa sits on the highest spot and watches for danger.

That is soo cool we have turkey buzzards here and last year I did get one to eat out of my hand. I haven’t seen them much this year, they don’t like the coon dog.
